Payments

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Trailer Exchange & Refund Policy

Please choose your trailer wisely as there is NO refund NO exchange on trailers.

Be sure that when purchasing your trailer please take into consideration what you are using your trailer for.  E.g. If you are using your Box Trailer to Tow Motorbikes or Mowers, please consider the Internal Measurements along with the Full Length and Width of the Motorbike/s or Mower.

Stocked Parts – 5 Day return and exchange OR Refund Less 10%

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Warranty

We offer warranties based on different circumstance on how you used our resources or products. All items will be checked thoroughly. Any defects in the operation or functionality of any resources and products we provide will be repaired and corrected.

Warranty on Trailers

The trailer you have purchased has been designed and manufactured with the user in mind. However, for peace of mind your trailer comes with a 12 Month Structural Warranty.

Your warranty is valid 12 Months from the Date of Purchase.

Notice of any potential claims under warranty must be given to Westbrook Trailers within 24 hours of the issue occurring. The claims will need to be inspected by Westbrook Trailers and if deemed necessary will need to be returned to the manufacturer for further inspection or repair. It is our aim at Westbrook Trailers to provide you with quality after sales service. We urge you to contact us should you have any queries.

This warranty is limited to exclude any claims relating to:

  1. Damage is caused due to Negligence
  2. Misuse and/or Load exceeding Structural Capacity Stated on the Trailer
  3. Failure to Maintain (See Care Plan Provided)
  4. Incidental and consequential damages or costs of any kind;
  5. Rust occurring
  6. The cosmetic appearance of the Trailer including Dulling or fading of paintwork and galvanized surfaces.
  7. Any component fitted which was not manufactured by our supplier which items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty and must be used in accordance with the original manufacturers’ guidelines.
  8. Tyres (Tyres will be covered for 1 Month from Purchase date)

Any unauthorised repairs to a potential warranty claims will void all warranties.

Please Note –

  • All Single Axle Trailers are fitted with 2nd Hand Tyres and Rims unless otherwise specified
  • Tandem Axle 2t and 2.5t Trailers are fitted with 2nd Hand 5 Stud Rims (Ford or Holden) unless otherwise specified

 

Warranty on Horse Floats

The PBL Horse Float you have purchased has been designed and manufactured with the user in mind. However, for peace of mind your Horse Float comes with a 12 Month Structural Warranty and a 5 Year warranty on independent rubber suspension.

Your Warranty is valid for 12 Months and 5 Years respectively from the Date of Purchase.

Ordering Policy

Please note that if you are ordering a trailer or horse float you will be required to pay a deposit for the order to be processed.

If your order is between:

  • $1000 – $2000 – A deposit of 10% is required
  • $2000 – $5000 – A deposit of 20% is required
  • $5000 & Over – A deposit of 30% is required
  • Cancellation of your order is required within 3 working days to receive FULL refund of your deposit
  • In the event that you are unable to proceed with your order once production has commenced OR it has arrived and is ready for collection, a refund of your deposit will NOT be available.
